Our installation is quick and easy – the whole process takes about an hour. Our team will provide you with a wireless access point, mount a small radio to the exterior of your home (slightly larger than a smartphone) and ensure you have a blazing fast connection before leaving you to enjoy your new service.

What is a successful referral?

A successful referral in the context of Kwikbit’s internet service referral program is when the person you referred completes the following steps:

Enrollment: They enroll to be a Kwikbit customer.

Installation: Kwikbit’s internet service is installed at their residence.

First 30-Day Free: They enjoy a whole month of internet service without any charges.

Payment: They pay their first month’s bill as a customer.

How can I enroll to be a customer?

Search for your community in the "Communities" tab and choose to “Sign Up”. If you don’t see your community, let us know you’re interested in having Kwikbit Internet by clicking here.

When will I get my free month of Internet?

To qualify for the 30 days of free internet, the person you referred must meet specific criteria. These include enrolling in the service, completing the installation process, and enjoying their first 30 days of internet usage.

First Payment: Once your referred friend has met all the necessary requirements, they’ll need to make their first payment. This step is crucial because it confirms their commitment to the service.

Reward Processing: After your friend has completed the process, the reward processing begins. This involves verifying that all criteria have been met.

While we strive to be lightning-fast, we kindly ask for a little patience. Allow 5-7 business days after your referred friend completes the process for the reward to be processed and applied.

How much does Kwikbit Internet cost?

Check the “Communities” page to see what pricing we offer in your community. We don’t do long-term contracts, equipment fees or limited-time promotions. Our price is guaranteed for three years from the day you activate your service.

What is the person I refer doesn’t enter my name during enrollment?

Referral Accuracy: When someone you’ve referred enrolls in the service, they need to enter your first and last name correctly as the referrer. This step is crucial because it directly ties their enrollment to your referral. If, by chance, they make a mistake and don’t enter your name accurately, it can happen (we’re all human!). You won’t be eligible for any rewards through the referral program or incentive.

What is the $250 Credit Offer?

Do I need to be home for installation?

Yes, someone 18 years or older must be present during the installation appointment to approve the installation and allow access to the home.

What should I do if I experience an outage?

Try restarting your router and checking your connections. If the issue persists, contact our support team. We monitor outages in real-time and can provide updates on restoration timelines.

Will anything be mounted on my home?

Yes, a small wireless receiver (slightly larger than a cell phone - 5.9″ x 3.8″ x 1.4″) will be placed on the outside of your home, typically near the roofline or on a side wall. Our installers will review the placement with you before proceeding and will do their best to minimize visible cabling.

Do I need to provide my own Wi-Fi router?

No, Kwikbit Internet provides an indoor Wi-Fi system as part of the installation at no cost, so you do not need to purchase additional equipment. However, if you want to use your own router, let the technician know during installation.

Does weather affect Kwikbit Internet service?

Kwikbit’s 60GHz wireless technology is highly resistant to interference from rain, snow, or extreme temperatures. The radio installed on your home is IP67-rated, ensuring durability in all weather conditions.

How do I restart my router?

Unplug the router and modem. Wait at least 30 seconds. Plug in the modem and turn it on.Wait at least 60 seconds and then plug in the router. Press the power button to turn it on, if needed.

Wait at least 2 minutes before testing or using the devices.

How do I improve my Wi-Fi coverage inside my home?

If you experience weak Wi-Fi in certain areas, consider placing your router in a central location. Our support team can also recommend additional solutions for optimizing coverage.

Kwikbit monitors our network and is aware of these outages within less than a minute. However, we encourage you to call our support team to report an outage if you experience one.

3. Kwikbit Hardware Issues – Although rare, service can be affected if a radio is damaged by a falling tree limb or loses line of sight with a utility pole due to a temporary obstruction. If this occurs, contact our support team, and we will help troubleshoot the issue and set expectations for restoring service.
